This gorgeous ring is set with a rare, earth-mined natural oval pink sapphire of excellent quality. This pink sapphire weighs 0.55 carat alone.
A natural pink sapphire makes an excellent substitute for the prohibitively expensive natural fancy pink diamond. When set into a good quality piece of jewellery, and accented with colourless diamonds, people are very likely to assume that it is a fancy pink diamond. But, regardless of this, the pink sapphire is a rare and precious gemstone in its own right anyway. It is widely assumed that sapphires are always blue. But, they are available in a wide range of colours, pink being highly sought after (followed by yellow, purple, green, orange and more). A pink sapphire symbolizes loyalty, trust, and sincerity, making it a very appropriate and meaningful choice of gemstone for setting in an engagement ring.

The ring is very well-made of solid, fully-hallmarked, rich Platinum 950. It is currently UK size M (USA size 61/2), but could easily be re-sized to fit, if necessary. Alternatively, other sizes can be made to order, but please allow about 4 -5 weeks for other sizes to be made.
The crown (gem-set cluster) of this ring measures 9mm x 7.5mm. The ring will come in a good quality ring presentation box.
It also comes complete with a jewellery report from EDR. EDR's fully-equipped, state of the art, diamond grading laboratory is based in London. An EDR jewellery report card guarantees that the stones examined are natural gemstones. It contains a description of the item of jewellery, including: carat-weight, colour, clarity, cut, and metal details. The EDR report card supplied with this ring states that the gemstones are of the quality and size indicated above.
